When can I place my order?
Monster Army athletes can place their monthly orders at any time between the 1st and 20th of each month.
Why am I not getting my discount?
Make sure you use the athlete promo code when checking out to receive your full athlete discount. Please refer to the terms of your deal to see how many cases of drinks and gear items that you are entitled to each month.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We try to complete all athlete orders as soon as possible every month. However, sometimes our warehouse can get pretty busy so we like to tell our athletes to please give all orders up to 6-8 weeks to arrive.
Where can I have my order shipped to?
We can ship your order to just about any U.S. residential or business address but please note that during checkout, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, so please use a physical shipping address.
I’m training out of the country, can have my order shipped outside of the U.S.?
International and Canada shipping is unavailable at this time. We can only ship to the US 50 states.
Can I return my order?
Our return/exchange policy states that all sale items are non-refundable nor exchangeable.
