Warren! Pleasure to have you, buddy. Your coming off your second season aboard the
Intense/Palmer project development team.
Tell us a little bit about how your 2016 Season went.
Thanks for having me mang! The
Intense/palmer project team was by far the greatest thing that has happened to
me and I’m super grateful for all that Intense and Palmer have done for me! This
season was so rad ! Traveling and riding my bike is all I have ever wanted. The
2016 season had it’s ups and downs though for sure, but wouldn’t try to redo
any crashes or crap race runs, because it makes me a better rider learning from
my mistakes.

So Crashes plagued your season. That can be rough to bounce back from, both mentally and physically. What lessons did you take away from those races and how did you improve and
overcome those obstacles?
Mentally it was messing with me, but
remembering how lucky I was to be at all these cool venues and how much fun I
was having riding is what helped me through challenges.

Looks like you’ve been busy busting out some
edits ripping through the loam with your buddies back home. Some killer conditions and all out fun times from you guys!
Oh Yah! We have insane trails and a good
crew to ride with so documenting it is something that has to be done! We pretty
much film what we think is sick and don’t stress about it being perfect. We are
going to be putting out a bunch more footage soon, so keep an eye out.
Back home, What does a normal day in the life of
Warren look like? How do you prepare for
a day of riding?
Wake up, get some food, Cruise to wherever
I’m riding and go rip! And then the boring stuff like the gym and Homework.
Gotta stay in school!

You're definitely no stranger to getting as sideways as possible. Take us through
Whip-off worlds this year at Crankworx Whistler and how that experience unfolded.
Whip-off worlds was such a sick experience!
I had to go through the qualifier, so I had
to throw down all I had, and I guess the judges liked it! Unfortunately
I only got a few runs in the Final due to a bum ankle but I still rode and
threw some whips for the boys!

The 2016 season has ended and riders are
settling down, or starting get into their training programs, how are you preparing for 2017 and what are some of events you plan on
competing at?
I am still riding all the time and having
so much fun riding and digging new trails! I have a few days where I hit the
gym but nothing to crazy! Time on the bike does it for me! I’m planning to
compete in most of the Crankworxs events including Rotura, Les 2 Alps and Whistler
along with select World Cups and the GRT’s!

Awesome! Thank you, Warren, for your time. We wish you the Best in accomplishing your goals in 2017! Anyone you would like
to thank?
Thanks Tim! I would love to Thank my Family for being
super supportive, and Intense/ Palmer Project for giving me the opportunity to
race and live out my dream! Of course; Ride 100%,Fiveten Shoes, and Monster
Army!
